Misty Meadows North Homes Association of Oconomowoc is located east of County Highway P, south of Lake Drive and west of Nelson Road. MMNHA is subdivided into one acre lots. Large areas of green space are set aside to accommodate playground equipment and areas to play baseball and other outdoor activities. Did you know? The Town of Oconomowoc has been recently named the first safest city in Wisconsin!! http://www.safewise.com/blog/50-safest-cities-wisconsin/
Three existing ponds located within the subdivision are natural and manmade. The largest of the ponds is natural and is the head of Rosenow Creek and makes its way to Lac La Belle. The size and position of lots was arranged to preserve existing woods, wetlands and prairies, leaving as much open space as possible for the shared use of homeowners. Trees and other planting were incorporated throughout the development.
Two subdivisions were developed and are currently known as Misty Meadows Homes Association, Inc. (original or known as south) and Misty Meadows North Homes Association (later addition into the subdivision). Each subdivision has its own unique association, group of directors and Articles of Incorporation and By- laws. Misty Meadows South annually organizes a spectacular private fireworks show for the Misty Meadows combined homeowners subdivision on a volunteer donation basis.
Please note: The path marked in RED is for private use only for lot #102. This is NOT for subdivision member use.
